Something a little mindless and easy for this week's blog post. Here are a selection of my favourite photo moments from this year in no particular order.

* The excitement of a couple of days of snow when the icy cold weather from Siberia hit earlier in the year. We nick named it 'the beast from the east.' I like the way I managed to frame Loseley with the tree branches.*

* My brother Alexander & Poppy in the French Alps. Absolutely love this location and was so grateful for the chance to go skiing. And who couldn't love Poppy's brilliant cheeky personality.*

* This was one of the first photos I took of my brother's new home in France when they moved in. It was Spring time and I like the way this shot captures the blue sky, wispy clouds, bright sunshine bouncing off the walls, pretty shutters & the expansive lawn of daisies as well as the general activity of family life .*

* Loseley in the Spring & Josie's old bicycle which used to be blue but I painted red. Nothing can compete with how beautiful England is in the Spring. May has to be my favourite month of the year. *

* This was one of those unbelievable moments when my camera actually nailed it! A barn swallow in my bedroom. *

* I visited Dartmoor over the summer and enjoyed the delights of wild swimming in a natural swimming pool up on the moor. As I was sitting drying after my dip in the cold clean waters I saw this delightful caterpillar and thought he was the most well dressed fashionable thing I had seen all day. *

* We had a heat wave of a summer. 3 months without any rain. The photo above captures Sharkey on a very hot summer day. He is a spectacular retired race horse. The second shot is of George my nephew hanging out with him.*

* Me & hay bales at Loseley. Such a hot day that I was struggling to remain cool but the breeze and the sundress helped. *

* Another shot from France, my nephews on the swing in the garden on a balmy summer afternoon.*

* France - Swimming pool at my brother's house. That moment when Vikki & Samuel were caught in the splash. Oliver laughing in the background! *
France has featured in a big way in my life this year. Family has featured in a big way in my life this year. The sun has shone. For me it has been a good year, a year of change and a year of realignment. I really do believe that spiritually 'the land of the giants and the city that mothers the world has been realigned.' So that is it from me for 2018. Thanks for reading these posts and have a good time celebrating the New Year in a few days. Remember that you are a part of an unfolding divine romance. God is on a mission to be good to you. Get ready for a miraculous year in 2019. It's about to get interesting. Keep your eyes & ears open. Glory is coming our way. Signs and wonders. Bring it on.
